Common troubleshooting
Check iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > Voice Memory and ensure microphone access is enabled.
Check your internet connection and try again. AI summaries require online processing through third-party AI providers.
Make sure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and iCloud sync are enabled on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Check whether the recording was saved successfully and whether the transcript exists for that note.
Update to the latest version from the App Store and restart the device if needed.
App Store subscriptions and billing are handled through Apple ID and App Store account settings.
